汲取上海石庫門的歷史脈絡，設計以銅、苧麻與磚紅色調重構城市記憶。電梯大堂的「時光隧道」與繭狀裝置，象徵傳統與現代的交融轉化；茶亭、花藝與細膩工藝融合永續精神與文化傳承，化為一段靜謐而富生命力的都會詩篇。
