以宿遷古運河遺址為中心，這座展館將古老的基礎設施化為延續與重生的文化敘事。灌注混凝土半拱重新演繹運河拱頂的形態，懸橋與水紋玻璃磚交織光影與倒影——以空間詩意與材質對話，銜接古今時空。
