減法再生
一幢原本計劃拆卸的35年樓齡混凝土建築，如今憑藉精準的「增減」策略重獲新生。設計團隊移除多餘建築體量，並在不加設地基的情況下增設懸挑結構，使原本低效的空間，轉化為開放流動的格局。貫穿上下的中庭引入光線與空氣，促進工作間的流動與交流。建築保留原有結構與外牆瓷磚，減少廢物與碳排放量達七成；本地木材和樟樹被再利用為傢俱與飾面，隨時間自然老化增添韻味。建築不以新舊定義，而是一個供使用、記憶與材質共存的優雅框架。
