北端之境
誕生於日本北海道最北端稚內市的 Kita no Hashi 麵包店,將北端[1] 的純淨風景提煉為如麵包般質樸的品牌語言。視覺識別設計以日本地圖的最北端為主題符號,僅以黑白兩色構成,既呼應當地的雪白天地,亦象徵無添加烘焙的純粹本質。從包裝、制服到店內標示與麵包袋,皆以這種簡約的色調貫穿,展現一份澄明的真實感。品牌標誌形態抽象卻一眼可辨,配以極簡字體和非塗佈紙,傳遞出手工與真實的質感。這份單色美學亦在店內延續,白牆與淺木襯托深褐色麵包,令食物成為空間的焦點。這份由設計、物料與地域交織而成的視覺語言,印證麵包店如何憑藉沉實低調的韌性和力量,為這座北端小城注入新的生命力。
