傳訊設計 | 傳意設計師兼插畫師
「設計除了在功能上解決問題或需求之外，亦可持久地觸動人的情感，不會過時。」
何靜琳2012年於香港理工大學取得多媒體設計與科技高級文憑，其後原校升讀傳意設計學士課程，並於2014年畢業。完成學業後，她一直從事品牌設計相關的工作，曾於Eight Partnership等品牌設計公司任職，直至2021年加入以可持續為理念的新式餐飲概念公司KIN，擔任其設計總監至今。
在KIN三年時間，何靜琳統籌公司旗下KIN Food Halls和KIN Farms兩個項目的品牌重塑工作，幫助公司推廣可持續食品系統的概念。比起過往在品牌設計公司工作，她認為擔任一家企業的內部設計總監發揮空間更大，不僅能夠與品牌創辦人、企業服務對象及其他相關持份者直接溝通，也有更多機會展現其設計視野。她相信好設計能有效幫助一家公司傳遞其卓越理念，並以市場需求出發，實際推動公司產品在零售、批發市場的表現。
何靜琳亦為理大信息設計研究室兩本研究本土文化的書籍繪製訊息圖，分別為《霓虹黯色：香港街道視覺文化記錄》和《我是街道觀察員：花園街的文化地景》。文化和設計密不可分，她期待到海外品牌設計公司學習並探索當地文化，親身體驗當地設計師如何將本地語言和文化融入到設計之中。她相信，結合自己在香港的經驗，將能夠發展出更好的設計思維。
