這家簡約的咖啡店隱於街道後方，由一棵高聳的榕樹守護，透過互動體驗重新詮釋可持續零售模式。包裝材料成為不斷變化的外牆一部分，裝置隨著顧客的參與而變化，呈現出顏色與行為的動態互動。「開放性」成為整體空間主題，產品與設計合而為一，鼓勵參與並減少浪費。展示架的模組化設計，加上以咖啡麻袋為靈感的層架和紋理，均著意加強與可持續發展及日常消費習慣的聯繫。
