這座位於東京中央區新建圖書館內的博物館，以匠心巧思將可持續思維帶到文化領域。設計靈感源自圖書館書架的美學，利用3D曲線網格構成動態的視覺體驗，滿佈不同角落的流行文化插畫，則勾起日本和國際遊客的會心微笑。模塊化磁性信息系統更新方便靈活，有效減少傳統展示更換過程中的浪費，體現博物館設計的前瞻理念和環保精神。
