綠色饗宴
這間米芝蓮綠星餐廳的可持續發展理念備受肯定，將法式優雅與台灣在地傳統巧妙結合。高雄港成為餐廳的設計靈感，強調流暢線條和環保元素，回收的蠔殼、漁網和鋼鐵爐渣，均通過3D打印技術轉化為家具和裝飾品。弧形棚架與流線型設計形成創新空間佈局，將餐飲和自然無縫融合，不論是食材還是建築材料，均全面體現可持續發展理念。
