翠綠交匯
位於啟德多用途發展區的核心，啟德車站廣場是重要的區域連接點，將住宅區、商業區、歷史地標與啟德體育園緊密串連。作為香港最大的城市廣場，佔地12公頃的車站廣場提供活動空間、兒童遊樂區、單車車道和草地滾球場等多樣化設施。作為啟德「共融通道」網絡的一部分，廣場提供行人和單車友善環境，同時遍植綠樹和水景設施，並以「林蔭園林」和「海綿城市」概念降低氣溫，為市區提供寧靜而舒適的喘息空間。
