靈活核心
一個傳統市場附近的不顯眼停車場，如今變身為配合社區不斷變化需要的多功能空間。靈活的鋼架結構由三個單位組成，可變身為更大的活動空間，以應付各種社區需求。設計特色包括階梯式坐區、大膽的室內色彩，以及與周圍建築對比強烈的白色金屬外牆。設計特別強調可持續性，建築利用現有停車場結構來減少浪費。項目有效促進城市復興、社區參與和靈活的空間使用，成為老化社區可持續發展的典範。
