服飾設計 | 香港理工大學設計學院畢業生(時裝及紡織)
劉倩怡於2020年在香港知專設計學院獲得時裝設計男裝高級文憑，並於2023年在香港理工大學獲得時裝及紡織學院學士學位。她在香港理工大學時裝秀2022上獲得了Avery Dennison Best Embellishment Award，並在2021年在Redress 設計大賽中獲選最佳香港設計師。
劉倩怡相信時裝設計師應該超越美學，透過作品提供解決方案和傳達有意義的訊息。她的畢業專題作品Till Death Do Us Apart以澳洲基督教佈道家尼克. 胡哲作為設計靈感，他患有罕見的四肢缺失綜合症，其特點是缺乏手腳四肢。她的系列作品講述了一個殘障人士擁抱人生和關係的故事。透過具有功能性與敘事性的服裝設計，劉倩怡強調殘障人士也值得擁有愛和人權。系列中的服裝均可以變裝成為帳篷或救生衣，讓穿著者能夠與摯愛一起展開冒險之旅。
