服飾設計 | 香港知專設計學院畢業生（時裝設計）
「作為一位擁有菲律賓血統、在香港土生土長的人，我的背景大大影響了設計方向。這種雙重身份既給我靈感，也帶給我困惑，但我相信這正是令我獨一無二的原因，而兩地文化之間的鮮明對比更為我的作品增添了趣味。」
馬俊傑專長設計晚禮服，於2023年在香港知專設計學院獲得時裝設計高級文憑，更在2023年的香港國際時尚匯展(Centrestage)上的「別出『深』裁 ─ 時裝設計比賽2023」中榮獲冠軍。此前他在2022年獲得香港特別行政區政府獎學基金，以及職業訓練局設計基金獎學金，其卓越的才華和成就備受肯定。他更曾在一個交換學習計劃中在Politecnico di Milano(PoliMi)攻讀了一個學期的碩士學位。
馬俊傑在香港知專設計學院的畢業專題系列Maharlika中展現了他的創意視野。Maharlika在塔加路語中意思是為「皇室貴族」，這個女裝系列的靈感來自一首韓國流行歌曲「Feel Special」，創作上亦受到對他個人意義重大的三個元素啟發：菲律賓文化、女性主義和繪畫。馬俊傑感謝他的家人和朋友，尤其是那些在他生命中扮演著重要角色的堅強女性，以及藝術家Georgia O'Keeffe對他的作品風格的影響，令他設計的高級女裝系列能夠揉合了文化表象、女性主義和禮服的儀式感，令女性穿著更覺優雅高貴。該系列向菲律賓的國家傳統禮服Filipiniana致敬，並選用了菠蘿纖維製成的pina面料製作。
馬俊傑希望在意大利深造時裝設計，通過培訓和學習技能，深入了解時尚行業中的革新設計方法和尖端技術，成為一位思維創新的女性晚禮服設計師。
