考慮到建址有限的場地，設計團隊巧妙地以最大程度充分利用空間，以層疊方式容納各個空間。地面停車場無縫地連接大堂，垂直樓梯直達二樓和三樓，增添空間開放感。四樓翠綠的外牆後是會議室及酒吧。
