設計將工作、娛樂和社區無縫融合在一起。通過將一樓的辦公室和咖啡館變成一個溫馨的空間，設計讓城鎮居民的日常融入建築師的別墅中。建築貫徹共享理念，建立更豐富的社區生活，室內放置大量植物，象徵建築師與社區的連繫。
