社群生活日漸成為都市新趨勢，有見及此，設計團隊打造出一個多功能的空間，為都市居民提供一個社區互動的新場所。建築以其親切感著稱的雲杉木為主要建材，雲杉與黑鋼支柱形成對比，加深建築的線條。設計交互運用雲杉與黑鋼不僅體現了剛柔並重的美學平衡，同時增強了建築的可用性。建築內部以檁木和椽子做成的木框架，為空間增添了一份原始之美。內部採用組裝式的概念劃分空間，每個空間可以因應各種商業需求為客戶量身定制，極具商業頭腦和前瞻性。
