以建址的天然地貌為靈感，建築選用簡單幾何形狀以回應島嶼的設計主題。這些「島嶼」由七個不同形狀的獨立屋組成，分布在整個場地。每個島嶼的每一邊都是11米，面臨海洋及周圍景觀，四邊以堅固的牆壁勾劃出住客的私人空間。設計獨特之處在於其2米的空隙，巧妙地打造成了泳池，圍繞著內部的玻璃封閉空間。為了強調重疊的空間，建築師引入了「島中島」的概念，隨著日光的移動，泳池上方的結構橫樑投射不斷變化的陰影，光影變化將不同空間連接起來。
