設計團隊在市中心為當地農民設計了一幢體現精心設計的可持續建築物，整棟建築體現了精心設計的可持續建築。這棟結構與典型住宅不同，是專為當地農業而設的。建築中心的承重牆一物二用，可作儲物，同時也是分隔牆。周邊預留一定的空間，方便進出運貨。設計巧妙地將住宅轉化為農業棚屋，以對應社區的不斷變化的需求。建築設計各方面以促進農作物生長為原則，長形延伸的屋檐為生活區和農作區提供了一個和諧的過渡。
