座落於紹興萬科中興國際湖區的大宅，取材於當地水鄉建築風格，是一座地產銷售中心及豪華會所設施。每個斜坡鋪設屋瓦的角度都精心設計，營造出理想的瀑布效果。樓梯也成為斜坡的屋瓦設計的元素，遊客可以近距離欣賞涓涓流水。
