未來佈局
設計尊重原本的建築特色，在高樓底的建築設立多層橫向平台及開闊的庭院。建築師在展廳、酒吧及樓梯間安裝大型的平方幾何結構，重新塑造室內間隔，改善人流。以清水混凝土作為主要建材，冷、暖、半透明和反光的物料穿插於室內建築，編織出一個現代工業空間，同時展示公司最新的研發成果。整幢建築在預製模組組合而成，省時省人力。
