熱絡社區
由香港藝術中心構思，並由市區重建基金資助，“小街坊”是一個於北角碼頭的短期活化項目，積極與街坊互動，在公共空間地面佈置懷舊的地磚圖案，令原本無人留意的公共空間變成一個城市中的客廳。設計師又重新利用和設計了從當地社區包括居民、非牟利組織及店家中收集得來的傢俬，締造一個充滿活力的公共空間。
