簡約謐靜
「海門圖書館」位於國家歷史遺址上，是為了紀念二戰。主外牆面對公墓與海岸線，沿走廊而建的六座人形雕像，以15度鞠躬，向大戰的受難者致敬，營造出莊嚴的氣氛。設計保持最純粹的形式，以襯托四周的大自然。中庭的金字塔狀的步行樓梯將一樓與二樓連接起來，而由於台階高度不同，
令參觀者放慢腳步，靜靜感受室內空間的氛圍。
