位於上海歷史建築哥倫比亞俱樂部的日本連鎖書店「蔦屋書店」，為這百年老建築注入活力。室內設計從間隔、人流至傢俱建材都經過精心挑選。一樓中央的拱形傢俬強化舊拱門的線條。以拱形作為視覺主題，因此走廊的天花均加上拱門元素，以達致一致的風格。新置的傢俱與歷史建築原有的支柱、壁爐與裝飾牆身互相呼應，是現代與歷史交織而成的建築詩篇。
