新舊交疊
「藍舍藝術空間」坐落於具有濃厚嶺南文化氣息的著名旅遊水鄉，主要為接待遊客和宣揚禪宗文化及國際知名的順德菜而設。建築由兩間空置的房屋和河畔花園組成，設有當代藝術及高級的酒店設施。總翻新面積為4912平方米，整個項目包括翻新原有建築，打造一系列畫廊展出空間，29間酒店套房，三個餐飲空間及一個富嶺南特色的室外花園。翻新項目做到活化城鄉之餘，同時保育當地的河畔生態。
