瓦礫重生
由船塢改建而成的「瀨戶內釀造廠」，合酒廠與餐廳於一身，結合美食文化與當地天然景觀。兩幢經過燻黑處理的雪松木結構及面向海岸線的主樓，由長屋簷連結起來。源自當地的雪松木，不易被高鹽份的潮濕空氣侵蝕，亦保留本土建築美學，建材也用上循環再造的船塢廢料推砌出石籠牆。銀色的屋頂反射天空的雲彩，連接天與地。整體橫向的建築與出島內隨處可見的水平線互相呼應。室內空間可因應需要改動間隔，而配合釀造、咖啡廳、休憩及文娛等各種活動。釀造廠不只從美學上連結建築與大自然，其空間設計也有助當地社區增強人與人之間的連繫。
