SPIRITUAL SERENITY
For the carpentry training centre, the architect created a church-like environment in this 10-metre high factory space. Using wood as the predominant building material, the space is divided into three sections with the top section retaining the original second-floor slab. The double-sloping ceiling levitating above the first floor reinforce the whole form of the building. Lighting and air-conditioning are arranged accordingly to fit inside the plywood modules.
