With years of architectural practice as her foundation, Lau Yik Tung (Andrea) places the user’s experience at the heart of every design—whether shaping expansive buildings or crafting intimate, wearable pieces. Her personal objective is to continue exploring architecture through the lens of jewelry design. In 2021, she co-founded Kinks Lab, embarking on a journey to investigate how spatial concepts and mechanical details can transcend disciplines to ignite new creative possibilities.

Through more than ten collections, Kinks Lab has gained recognition in prestigious competitions, including the DFA Design for Asia Awards, the International Design Awards, and the MUSE Design Awards. Today, the brand has grown into an international presence, stocked in six cities worldwide and featured in leading publications such as Vogue Hong Kong, Harper’s Bazaar Hong Kong, Schön! Magazine, Allure and WWD Japan.

Andrea’s mission is to leave a lasting impact across creative fields by challenging traditional boundaries between form, function, and medium—redefining how design is experienced on every scale.
