Spatial Design | Design PractitionerChan Wai Sum (Sam) is a Hong Kong-based architect with a Master of Architecture from CUHK. He is currently a tutor of Spatial Studies at the HKICC School of Creativity. Emphasising the interaction between humans and everyday spaces and objects, his works include the deTour 2021 exhibit “FM108, to…” (2021, finalist in the 28th ifva Festival) and the curation of the multimedia exhibition “Treeology.” Since 2023, he took part in “Project Plum Grove” by the School of Architecture, CUHK as the Project Architect for Old House Phase 2 restoration and curator of community activities in Mui Tsz Lam.
