Digital Reawakening
Through AI-driven reconstruction and VR, the project digitally revives the Middle Cave of the Northern Xiangtangshan Grottoes’ central pillar and the pair of enormous disciple hands, capturing its true scale and pigment. By merging photogrammetry with predictive algorithms, it reconstructs lost details and reimagines the grotto’s Northern Qi splendour— leading visitors on a dialogue across time and space.
