    Harbour Commons

Transforming a once-vacant industrial plot into a shared civic ground, the design reinterprets the site’s sugar refinery heritage through a 50-metre steel pavilion with a dynamic, pier-inspired roof. Amphitheatre steps, flexible workshop space, and reclaimed materials together foster creativity, inclusivity, and sustainable community life along Quarry Bay’s waterfront.
