Circular Renewal
Transforming a modest harbourfront restroom into a multifunctional urban hub, this project redefines public infrastructure through human-centred and low-carbon design. Retained structures, recycled materials, and passive ventilation achieve major carbon reductions, while colourful facades, shaded courtyards, and inclusive facilities foster comfort, sustainability, and civic pride.
