Reinterpreting the craft of stonework through advanced engineering, this Tokyo office adopts a staggered precast concrete façade as both structure and skin. Its rhythmic blocks merge seismic resilience with environmental performance—shading sunlight, channeling natural ventilation, and achieving over 50% energy savings within an elegant, human-scaled urban form.
