Ink and Lotus
Nestled at the foot of Baihuazhai in Taoxi’s misty hills, the museum reinterprets Huang Yongyu’s ink-washed lotus through architecture—its cascading roofs and fractured volumes flow with the terrain like strokes of ink. Recycled concrete and floor-to-ceiling glass evoke a quiet, modern serenity, softly blurring the boundary between indoors and out.
