Vertical Commons
Envisioned as a living framework for inclusive urban life, this co-living development rethinks density through modular precision and human warmth. Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) units stack efficiently to form flexible housing for students, young professionals, and families—reducing waste while enabling future adaptability. At ground level, open communal zones weave together kitchens, lounges, and courtyards, fostering casual exchange and shared belonging. Passive ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and solar-reflective roofing anchor its sustainable intent, while nature filters through every threshold. Neither transient nor permanent, it embodies a new rhythm of coexistence—where architecture becomes a quiet mediator between city, community, and home.
