At once sculptural and sensory, this luminous creation redefines how light inhabits space. Designed by Steve Leung in collaboration with MOORGEN, it transforms the simple act of illumination into a modular experience of elegance and intimacy. Composed of slender metallic “branches” and detachable jade “leaves,” it blurs the boundary between lamp, coaster, and art object—an orchestration of light, material, and form that speaks to both craftsmanship and innovation.

Each leaf is a luminous module: a coaster that glows independently or rests upon its copper stand to form a complete lamp. When illuminated, soft radiance filters through the jade-like surface, recalling sunlight cascading through foliage. This dialogue between solidity and translucence transforms stillness into motion, shadow into texture. The sleek black frame anchors the composition, while hidden magnetic charging points and touch-sensitive sensors sustain its quiet modernity. Function and poetry coexist in seamless balance—each gesture measured, each element essential.

Beyond its visual allure lies remarkable technical refinement. The lamp’s modular structure supports three operational modes: as a sculptural table lamp for evening rituals, as individual glowing coasters for social gatherings, or as a compact portable system offering six hours of ambient light. A single-cord charging dock powers all components simultaneously, eliminating visual clutter and enhancing spatial clarity. This design intelligence elevates the user experience, merging technological fluency with tactile warmth.
