A modular reinterpretation of the kimono, the design transforms through five concealed zips into six silhouettes—from coat to stole. Detachable sleeves crafted from zero-waste Japanese textiles double as cushion covers, merging adaptability and heritage into a contemporary expression of sustainable craftsmanship.
