    Threads of Ink

Fusing Chinese calligraphy, craftsmanship, and artificial intelligence, the collection transforms Kan Tai Keung’s expressive brushwork into sculptural, wearable art. Harnessed AiDLab’s AI-powered design system, Kan’s gestures are translated into digital patterns and reimagined through crochet, embroidery, and layered weaving—where ink becomes fabric, and rhythm becomes form. Each piece is composed of deadstock textiles, upcycled into poetic compositions that echo the fluidity of ink on paper. Signed by both Kan and designer Aries Sin, the garments embody a living dialogue between art and technology—where heritage evolves through innovation, and fashion becomes a canvas for cultural memory.
