    Echoes of Stone

A contemplative collection of inkstone works by renowned calligrapher Hua Rende and his apprentice Zhao Huaxin, the book bridges heritage and modernity through the art of design. Colour photography intertwines with monochromatic rubbings, while abstract motifs evoke the texture and rhythm of carved stone. Distinct paper textures invite both sight and touch, guiding readers through layers of craft, history, and reflection. Refined with spot silver and a minimalist cover, the design embodies stillness and grace. More than documentation, it becomes a dialogue between masters and generations—where ancient artistry finds new vitality in contemporary form.
