Huangling Village, a nearly 600-year-old settlement in Wuyuan, Jiangxi, has been revitalised through a thoughtful restoration project that blends heritage preservation with sustainable design. By integrating landscape, architecture and interior design, the project safeguards the village's traditional Shaiqiu farming practices and Huizhou-style buildings. Ecological restoration, alongside the relocation of ancient structures, fosters a vibrant local economy, while reconnecting villagers with their cultural roots, creating a model for rural revitalisation and heritage conservation.
