Harudot, a cafe in Chonburi, Thailand, is a creative collaboration between Nana Coffee Roasters and a landlord with a passion for unique plants. The design fuses Japanese-inspired simplicity with playful details, featuring a gable structure pulled apart to allow trees to grow through, symbolising new beginnings and growth. Interior and exterior elements use natural materials, such as blackened wood and renewable sources, blending with the surrounding nature. Harudot’s design draws visitors with its distinctive aesthetics and dynamic spaces, making it a destination spot in the region. -
