In Hangzhou Vientiane City, this innovative restaurant space reimagines Fujian cuisine with a nod to the region’s seaside culture. The design revolves around the concept of ‘net’, symbolising both freedom and restraint, inspired by the fishing traditions of Fujian’s coastal communities. Metal mesh screens and ambient lighting evoke the imagery of fishing nets, while the dark decor and low lighting create a theatrical atmosphere. The space offers diners an immersive journey that fuses traditional culinary excellence with bold, avant-garde design, embodying the fluidity and richness of the sea.
