Green Oasis
This urban rental apartment complex offers a lush green space in a dense residential area. A central courtyard filled with natural light, wind and greenery provides a tranquil environment while promoting biodiversity. With large windows and a flying corridor design, the building ensures both privacy and comfort, fostering a decarbonised lifestyle through solar energy and efficient systems. Native plants adorn the facade and rooftop, contributing to the local ecosystem. Achieving Nearly ZEH-M certification, this project sets a new benchmark for sustainable urban living, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to eco-friendly residential design. -
