    Tides of Time
‘Hush.Rush’ was an immersive multimedia exhibition held in a historic yacht club building, originally opened in 1908 and converted into a public art space in 2013. The building, once at the waterfront but now separated from the sea due to land reclamation, became the perfect setting for an exhibition designed to reconnect visitors with the sea. A vast LED floor (12m x 5m) simulated waves, creating a surreal experience where visitors could walk or sit on the ‘waves’ and hear the sounds of the ocean and birds, immersing them in a natural environment reminiscent of the past. In another room, LED walls and floors projected dynamic Hong Kong cityscapes, complete with bustling traffic sounds, offering a contrast to the peaceful waves. Children joyfully played on the ‘waves,’ while visitors relaxed, making the space a place of both reflection and enjoyment. The exhibition attracted over 70,000 visitors during its 5-month run, earning widespread acclaim.
