FROM BAD TO BRILLIANT
This is intended to be an anthology of bad design, and so the designer has created a cover that challenges all the reader’s preconceived ideas as the riso-printed image, an imperfect printed image, brings out the theme. However, to ensure an equal display for every one of the 12 contributors, the book boasts two quite different jackets. The outer jacket is taken from one of the 12 chapters in the book, and each cover’s graffiti-inspired text illustrates the essential objective of “bad” with a standout sentence like a takeaway note.
