A FLOATING GREEN COMPLEX
A symbol of modern green architecture which prioritising energy efficiency, this building in Haikou's bustling Jiangdong New District combines tradition with innovation, drawing inspiration from Hainan's architectural heritage. The structure "floats" above a grassy green park, and makes the most of natural ventilation and prioritising energy efficiency. It has a grand atrium, sun-drenched balconies, and luxuriant sky gardens, which are spread diagonally every four floors, and its double facade offers unparalleled panoramic coastal views.
