GREEN LIVING
Garden Crescent symbolises the harmony between modern living and the natural world. A beacon of sustainable design, it merges urban living with nature, and offers a refreshing break from the city's concrete landscape. The three-dimensional green facade has slanted supports and spaces that increase the natural ventilation. The diverse flora on the podium level address urban heat and promote a microclimate, and the six courtyards give residents instant access to nature, and foster community interaction. Balconies inspire sustainable living with edible plants and herbs, blurring lines between indoor and outdoor spaces.
