    COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Seoul Design Governance is a citizen-centric, public sector service initiative where interested parties solve everyday problems in order to present an alternative to the conventional siloed, top-to-bottom municipal administration. Citizens participate at every stage of the problem resolution process. The initiative has so far concerned 7,351 citizens, as well as 168 agencies, foundations, businesses, and other institutions, and delivered 35 design solutions from communication design to mediation in residential disputes, and maps for visually impaired children.
