In Korea, there is a deep-rooted prejudice that insurance agents are all marginalised single mothers, retirees and the recently unemployed. The training complex of this Korean insurance company is designed to empower trainees, and give them a sense of pride in their work. The stylish modern interior feels prestigious, and the large panel windows in spacious conference rooms are light and inspiring.
