DFA Design for Asia Awards 2020 l Merit Award l Communication Design | Identity & Branding
For the visual identity of the University campus, the team drew on the city’s industrial history of metal processing and hardware. Designers collaborated with local industries to produce signage, and the sign icons incorporate the Lissajous curve, a common visual motif in mathematics, to pay tribute to the town’s past and the university’s technical strength.
