ELUSIVE CREATURES
The designer took inspiration from 36 ancient mythical beasts in Chinese culture. The matte black cover adorned with embossed silhouettes of the beasts creates a sense of mystery. Flipping each card over, the bright-coloured line drawing reveals more about the beast portrayed. Like a riddle, the card set is inviting and playful. It is an excellent visual presentation of traditional Chinese culture.
