my CLINIC is a brand new community clinic in Saitama prefecture, north of Tokyo, open to anyone interested in leading a healthier life. Its visual identity, atmosphere, and signage are communicated by three-dimensional sculptures. Metal tubes are bent into different numbers and colour-coded, the colour of the base material gradually changing into the colour of the sign. These functional signs not only direct people, they lead them on a journey of discovery as they take their health into their own hands.
